You can make and receive calls directly inside Numoloo using the Numoloo Call App on your desktop browser. During sign-up, you’ll choose your Numoloo number and can begin making and receiving calls immediately. We’ll be adding number porting soon. All conversation data stays within Numoloo, giving you complete visibility and context from conversation to outcome.

Numoloo integrates with Slack and Google for delivery and visibility. Call summaries, follow-up drafts, and priority updates appear in your connected Slack channels, Google Workspace, and the Numoloo Action Center, allowing you to review and act on updates wherever it’s most convenient.
An AI Credit is the unit used to process and analyze conversations and voicemails. Credits are consumed as Numoloo transcribes, evaluates urgency and sentiment, and generates structured results like summaries and follow-up drafts. More complex or content-heavy conversations may use additional credits, depending on the amount of information processed.
You can purchase additional AI Credits anytime from your account. New credits are applied instantly, ensuring uninterrupted processing and delivery of your conversation results.
Yes. Numoloo is fully functional on mobile. You can view and manage conversations, summaries, and follow-up activity directly from your device. Importing and exporting contacts are not yet supported, and a dedicated mobile app is planned to launch soon to provide full mobile functionality.
Yes. All conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Numoloo applies multiple layers of security to protect your information. Only you and authorized members of your workspace can access stored data. Numoloo does not share or sell your information and takes privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for details.
When your free trial ends, you can upgrade to any paid Numoloo plan directly from your dashboard. All conversation data and workspace settings remain intact, allowing you to continue without interruption. Billing begins once you upgrade, and you can manage your subscription anytime within your account settings.
